In my 14years of doing this job I have used several shipping companies in the US.
Over the years issues have occurred, as damaged vehicles or any other difficult issue for me to resolve(lost tiles/communication/insurance customer complaining etc.) When we have asked for assistance, It has either been too hard for them to help or been avoided and ignored putting us in a position to be responsible to the fault occurred to the owner on this end.
Since we have started using your Team this year we have nothing but GREAT Service and assistance from you & others with your office with quick replies/help with whatever we have asked or requested.
